PowerICs Electronic Product Warranty Policy
Effective Date: 1st January 2024
1. Warranty Coverage
Powerics Private Limited warrants to the original purchaser that our electronic products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
2. Warranty Services
During the warranty period, if a product proves to be defective in materials or workmanship, we will, at our sole discretion:
- Repair the product using new or refurbished parts.
- Replace the product with a new or refurbished product.
- Refund the original purchase price of the product.
3. Exclusions and Limitations
This Warranty does not Cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.
- Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Damage caused by accident, fire, or other external causes.
Normal wear and tear. - Consumable parts, such as batteries, unless damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
4. Warranty Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, you must:
- Contact our customer service team at support@powerics.in to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Provide proof of purchase (e.g., a sales receipt or invoice).
Return the product to us, following the instructions provided by our customer service team. - You are responsible for any shipping and handling charges associated with returning the product to us. We will cover the shipping and handling charges for sending the repaired or replacement product back to you.
5. Disclaimers
This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Powerics shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Governing Law
This warranty policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of Telangana , India without regard to its conflict of law principles.
7. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend this warranty policy at any time, provided that such amendments shall not retroactively reduce your rights or benefits.
